Mobile RV Repair NOW

We had an excellent experience with Kyle from Mobile RV Repair Now over Memorial Day weekend. After experiencing a major issue with our new travel trailer, including a leaking hot water heater and problems with the water system, we called for assistance. Not only did they respond the same day on a holiday weekend, but they spent nearly five hours thoroughly diagnosing and repairing the issues. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and patient throughout the entire process. He identified that the water heater bypass valve had been installed incorrectly, which was preventing the system from operating properly. He then reworked the plumbing to the water heater and carefully checked the system to ensure everything was functioning correctly. What impressed us most was the attention to detail. He took the time to explain what he found, answer all of our questions, address our concerns about the leak, and make sure we understood how everything should operate going forward. It’s difficult to find service providers who are this responsive, thorough, and committed to doing the job right. We are incredibly grateful for his help and expertise, especially on a holiday weekend when m

Some backdrop... I own an R-pod 2015 #178 and take tremendous pride in ownership as you can see from how it glows. With a little research, I called Mobile RV Repair NOW. He (Kyle) had a 4.9 on 5 reviews and his website reads ironclad mostly in his direction which led me to believe I would be working with a professional. Every delay was a red flag, rescheduling was a common occurance and his workday did not start until at least 2PM and sometimes he would arrive at 6PM. I questioned him why he was starting when normal people are ending. Answer: I am self-employed. Among all the red flags ... he brought his young son to "teach" him. Now, if he had watched him and corrected his mistakes ... every trade has their tools that allow them to claim they are a professional craftsman. These pictures speak volumes and show an entirely different story of what a professional sealing job looks like. I am a disabled woman and to some $1000 is a drop in the bucket; it is not to me especially since the job was less than 9 hours total and spaced over 1-1/2 weeks. I am a tolerant and a positive person in general and of all the Google reviews I have ever written this is the first and the largest disa

Kyle is very knowledgeable about all things Camper. Although he hadn't worked on a Scamp travel trailer before, he was able to address our de winterizing issues and solved all the problems. We are so grateful he took the time he needed to get our camper up and running. He is professional, communicative and very friendly. We recommend him highly!

We've had the pleasure of having Kyle come out in do several jobs for us on our 16 ft cruiser RV. He always does a great job and he's reasonably priced considering what the larger RV dealers charge for their services in shop. Apparently they have a lot of overhead. At any rate whether it's at his site, where he did a great new roof job for us on our RV trailer, or coming to your place to do mobile work, like maintenance, and sealing up places that need to be kept sealed to prevent water damage, Kyle's worth a call, trust us.
